Cyril Le Tourneur d'Ison
Photography
On the confluence of the trip and testimony, Cyril le Tourneur d'Ison publishes his reports for over twenty-five years in French and foreign magazines. Stories of a humanitarian, environmental nature, portraits of cities from Damascus to Valparaiso, passing through topics related to World Heritage, the art of living, his work covers a wide variety of topics worldwide. Today, distancing himself from a certain emphasis of photographic expression, he tries to take a more personal look at the strange and ephemeral experiences, lived during each of his stories covered. His versatile approach to reportage leads him to realize multimedia corporate projects and documentary videos. Fascinated by new forms of journalistic storytelling, writing skills of photography and video open him other doors in different activity sectors, including the business world and the NGOs.
Winner of a "world press" in 1990 for his reporting on the populations of the Indus in Pakistan.
